Hi everyone, I searched but did not find a specific direct answer to this question. If I am a Kansas resident and want to make a face to face purchase in Texas, is that allowable, or must I be a resident of the state of Texas to legally complete this transaction? Thanks!

I have found a used 92FS Inox. The frame is anodized to match the stainless slide and barrel. The anodizing has worn in spots. I cannot think of a fix. It is not all that noticable, and obviously would not affect performance, but wondered if anyone had ideas to address the worn spots. Thanks!
