Just happened to catch this, bought a New Vaquero Bisley, and it has no internal lock. I do not care for the white grips that came with it, after some research found out that all Ruger Bisleys take the same grip. Not utilizing the internal lock makes finding grips easier, I would hope.

Well, I used the .308 expander on new brass and loaded some Hornady 150 grainers with cannelure and they turned out great with the RCBS seating die.
