Wes Vernon, NewsMax.com
Wednesday, April 9, 2003
Defenders of the Second Amendment are on the lookout for a new Democrat campaign, already attempted in one state, to brand handguns as “weapons...
Guess who else felt saddam was a huge threat?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The president asks the nation to consider this question: What if Saddam Hussein...
fails to comply, and we fail to act, or we take some ambiguous third route...
Vladimir Berkov
Going after Iraq was put in motion shortly after 9/11 if I recall.
The only period in which nothing "changed" was the 8 years prior to his office - when Clinton let the Iraq problem snow ball to the point inspectors were kicked out.
That wasn't an al qaeda...
If I recall, the "cease-fire" from the gulf war was based on saddam disarming and destroying all his wmd.
failure to comply over the last 12 years nulls the cease-fire, so technically, we were still at war anyhow.

he's a giant jackass.
i'd love to punch that tub of crap square in the face.
that bowling for colombine was a disastor of a movie. it's almost
like he's got ADD. the story jumped all over the place (never mind the factless facts).
I'm certain we'll find the stuff they didn't send to Syria or destroy.
Iraq is a big country, basically the size of california of all desert.
Digging a hole and hiding stuff in it is both easy to do and very hard to find.
The war just ended... i'm not certain why people think we...
well Iraq didn't come out of no where so I don't think anyone is blindly following the right/president on this one.
we know they've had wmd programs since the 80's. the likelyhood of them selling the technology to terrorist organizations wasn't a stretch by any means.
one less trouble...
Another one of my favorites:
Battlefield 1942
This game is just absolutely hilarious to play...some of the antics
that occur just crack me up. Plus it's the most fun mulitplayer game I've ever come across.
The latest mod for it (www.desertcombat.com) is absolutely sick.
Updates all...
Recent releases that are great:
Raven Shield (www.ubi.com)
Counter terrorism game - over 60 weapons in the game very
accurately modeled w/proper ballastics for the most part.
No health meters and what not. Get shot in the leg, you drag
the leg. Head popper - good night. Graphics are...
Ok here's the deal with guns and suing companies and gun stores.
We take a gun - you choose the make, model, caliber, etc. Anything you want... AR15, PSS700, Sig Sauer, doesn't matter.
We'll load it, take the safety off and put it on a desk.
If the gun starts shooting by itself...
It's certainly plausible he sold them. This was a big concern for us and part of the reasoning for going in.
I also suspect a lot of it has made it's way to syria as well.
However, most are probably buried in the desert.
It's going to take sometime to find.
Akin to me taking your...
Regarding "low military pay"
Yes it is low.
However, most people are in to learn a skill they can take advantage of in the free market place when they exit the
military.
What would that same skill cost to learn if you went to college
instead? nearly $100,000 in tuition/housing...
I love the part about the locals turning on them and killing them.
"..We were fired at by the town residents, who killed three of us. They just shouted asking us 'why you are here? Did you came to defend Saddam?'" Emad, another volunteer, asserted..."
I never stated that other religions were better then Islam.
Just that the followers of Islam have made it the
most "dangerous belief" for the rest of the world -
presently.
Most of our happy terrorist groups out there operate
independantly of government control or direct support.
