I have a Strikefire on one of my Ar's. Main complaint for me is that in bright daylight the dot is hard to pick up. Other than that it has worked great. Holds zero and was easy to get dialed in. I also have a Crossfire on a 10/22 Target. So far it has been a great scope on this gun.

I have found that the Mini-14 can be more picky with mags. It will run like nobody's buisness with factory mags but aftermarket mags are really hit or miss. The AR's will run well with most quality aftermarket mags and in fact most of the best recommended mags are aftermarket.

Maxim used the term Silencer. Since he invented it, I see no reason to say it's not the correct term. I have used both silencer and suppressor interchangeably.

Primary for me is 45 ACP since I carry a 1911. I also have guns in 380 ACP, 38 Special, 357 Sig, 38 Super, 9mm, 40 S&W, and 10mm on my permit. Nevada just changed it's permit rules, so now I can actually carry anything I own without having to have the individual guns listed.
