I purchased and picked up my backup today, the Kel-Tec P3AT. My plan is to use Federal Hydro-shocks as my carrry ammo. Has anyone experienced any problems with that round in the P3AT. Can't wait to get to the range to do some shooting with it.

Maybe it is because I am getting older and the eyes need a little more, but I am having a difficult time seeing the rear sight notch on my SKS. Having upgraded to a T-6 Stock , the notch seems to "get lost" with the hand gaurd as I sight. I have though about putting some "white-out" on the rear...

Is there a way to keep the bolt open on an SKS while a loaded magazine is attached? When I am at the range shooting my chinese sks, and the range master calls for cease fire, I am unable to remove a magazine still containing ammo, with out a third hand. The release will not work with the bolt...

It probably is on one of the threads, but to save time ....what is the groups thought on the sequence of loading of a shot gun for home defense....i.e. slug, then #00, then slug, etc. Or does it really matter? I am sure there are several schools of thought on this....I am open to all comments.
