Had them refinish a Makarov for me about 5 years back. Finish has held up just fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I recently sent my 150-series Security Six to Ruger for repair - the cylinder had stopped cycling when the trigger was pulled or the hammer cocked. I included a note asking them to let me know how much the repairs would be. About 3 weeks later, I got it back with a list of the repairs...

This may be a dumb question, but can you shoot commercial .308 ammunition through these rifles? Seems like I read somewhere that surplus 7.62x51 and commercial .308 are loaded to different SAAMI pressures. (??)

Racenutz, Mine is a .223. For what it's worth, I have a POSP 6X sidemount scope, but I just can't get the hang of an offset scope. For my needs, a scout-type mount would be just about the perfect setup :cool:

Does anyone make one? If so, any opinions on which one to get?
