Stupid question Im sure...The front sight on my p226 just came loose and fell off. I still have it and plan on replacing the sights a little further down the road with some night sights...Would it be ok if in the mean time I used some loctite to keep it in place? Or should I have it re-steaked...

Im with amd6547, Ive run 1000+ rounds thru my PGO shotgun and was able to hit things. mix of #7 and #8, 2 3/4-3" OO, OOO, and slugs. Was it as good as a shotgun with a stock? No. But I am capable with it.

I dont shoot at a range, so I dont shoot alone. I typically dont like to have more than 3 people with me, however Ive had groups of over 10. Never any problems.

I just loaded up a ruger 22/45 magazine and then unloaded it into the cylinder on a NEF R92. It wasnt particularly difficult, however it didnt seem any faster than a hand full of bullets either. Revolver was in the right hand, mag in the left.

The 3 dot sights on my Taurus Pt 92 AF are a bit darker then Id like them to be. Does anyone have any recomendations on what kind of paint to use to repaint them? I tried cleaning with solvent and it didnt help any so im guessing i should just repaint them.
