I guess?? that my first question would be, what/why are you using PISTOL Primers in RIFLE loads?? Cast loads, or not-Your .243 Win. loads WILL have too high of pressure for ANY Pistol primer.. ALSO==Any Large Pistol primer is shorter than a Rifle primer.?? Any light strikes?? Just my 2 cents...

You will do no wrong with ANY brand of 4064 in those calibers along with .308Win. It's kinda like 4350==Most any brand of that # works in the larger capacities type of calibers...Bill.

Also be sure to note that a FIRED case opens everything up in a chamber=Unlike a Dummy round.. Make some live rounds, and SHOOT IT...HA.HA...Bill.
