Those are three very different guns. I suspect that if you do a little reading on each of them, and think about your personal requirements and preferences a little bit, the choice will become obvious.
90% of the recommendations here don't meet the basic characteristics the OP asked for, "very compact 9mm with decocker and safety". Why recommend a Glock or an M&P if those are the criteria?
Next purchase will most likely be a Beretta PX4. Why? I like manual safeties and don't want to buy another HK. (Great gun, just want to try something different.)
