With respect I think the main subject of conversation here has been the bottom ejection. However, you do make a good point, I think I would buy one of those flags and hang it out the bottom of the ejection port.

I like the idea of bottom ejecting, and the top safety. I'm primarily a clay shooter, so it would stop people whining about spent shells flying about if they fell at my feet. To be fair even I find it a bit odd when people use Beretta semi autos flinging spent cartridges 8 or 10 feet at a CPSA...

Thing is there aren't so many customers, so prices for guns tend to be higher. Normally I would think the price in England in £ is the same as the price in the US in $. The same applies for Harleys funnily enough, don't know about Triumphs vice versa though.

Thanks for your replies. So they are not quite as common over there as the 870/ Mossbergs? They sell by the way for around £800 new, but as I say there are only two for sale, neither of which I want. I've been ringing around today, it seems they are not even imported into the country any more...

Fitted a new extractor claw yesterday, shot 100 shells today without any problems. So there you go :) Not so good quality control on the first one though!

When the jam occurs the shell has been pushed up towards the top of the chamber, you can take off the barrel and remove the shell, but the action is still jammed! I then remove both locating pins for the trigger, wiggle a tiny bit and all is back to normal. I hear what both of you are saying...
