MajDad - Looking through my notes I had worked up a load some time ago(2008) using 25.0 H335 w/CCI450's, Winchester 55g FMJBT. Never chrony'd them but they were accurate out of my RRA w/18" varmint. Since then I've settled in on 26.5g w/748 for 55g and standard Win SR primers.

Frog - I had both Varget and w748 on the shelf and wanted to limit how many different powders I kept on hand for rifle loads. I use Varget exclusively for my .308 R25 (42.2g varget w/168g SMK) and w748 for my .223 AR-15 Varmint rifle(25.5g w748 w/69g SMK).

I wasn't overly impressed with the FTX and LE powder. All shots were at 100yds with rifle sand-bagged.
Post #5 will describe how to adjust indexing for the LNL. You can always call Hornady tech support and they will assist with the adjustment.

I use 165g SGK and 165g Interlock. Either will get the job done. Both hit hard and will easily bring down a deer. Bagged 6 buck so far this year. 4 using Interlock and two using SGK. I was impressed with the size of the exit wound with SGK. Left a hole about the size of a half dollar. Lung shot...
Hornady Factory ammo does ok but not near as good as handloads. Sorry - No pics of the factory stuff.

A reloading friend and I both had the same issue and we discovered it was caused by leaving powder in the hopper. The part of the plastic tube that seats into the metal part of the powder measure "shrinks" causing a loose fit. Both of us reload in our sheds where it's always hot and humid...
