Indiana does not issue a concealed carry permit. We have a license to carry any way we see fit, open or concealed! I have had a license for years, and I still fill out the 4473 at the time of purchase.

I'm also old and handicapped, and I go to the VA Dr.s at least every week. Don't get caught with any kind of weapon on the property!

Still have plenty of the regular off the shelf stuff, paid $8 to $10 bucks a brick. What I buy now is the match ammo that costs approx. $120 bucks a brick.

I live here in No. Indiana, and have all my life "73 years", I've purchased handguns from pawn shops many times. As far as the selling value of a "used" yes it's considered used as you purchased it even tho you have not fired it. Any where from $110 to $120 dollars,and yes they are a good gun...
