Loaded Vehicle carry is okay in Mississippi too, concealed or open.

what is the cite for the TX law that would make it illegal to carry in a commercial vehicle?

I thought it was interesting that the only way SC will issue non-res permits is if you own land there. Maybe if your family owns a big enough parcel of land they could sell/give you some? Like .25 acre or somesuch.

Mississippi, my state, is Shall Issue, and does not require training to get a CHL. I did go over to Louisiana, about an hour away, to take their CHL class for good measure.
