Another vote to check out opencarry.org here is the link to the washington forum http://opencarry.mywowbb.com/forum55/. They have tons of info on the subject for our state including a "Washington State gun rights Pamphlet" which is a must, in my opinion, for educating pple while carrying.

Sounds like buying this gun WOULD make financial sense to me. I love my lever action Henry .22 because it is cheap. I would like to own a 10/22 also because of the aftermarket parts.

I, like most of us on here, disagree with you about opencarry. I believe that openly carrying a firearm is a BIG deterrent to criminals. In addition to that, exposing the "sheeple" to firearms is always a good thing in my opinion. Check out the "Why open carry" section at opencarry.org...
