That didn't answer the question - 10% is the standard, because it replicates swine leg muscle tissue. Why use 20%? What is this supposed to replicate? Doesn't it make test comparisons with other folks' work difficult, since the industry uses 10%?

Since you live in CA, and the Bushmaster is a registered "Assault weapon", my choice would be to buy the M4gery upper and mate it to the Bushmaster. That way you can use drop free normal cap magazines and have all the evil-AW-features you want. ( pistol grip, collapsible stock, flash hider, etc...
