I've been looking at some synthetic enfield mark IV conversion stocks at aim surplus. About 3 years ago I picked up a "Navy Enfield" that had been rechambered for .308 and I have NO IDEA if the synthetic stock will work. Ideas?

I've tried searching the topic... no luck. What happens if you under trim a case? I hate trimming, so I was guessing that if the case was cut back enough (~2.005" vs recommended 2.015") that I would basically save having to trim the (milspec) brass every firing. Maybe shoot em twice before...

Anybody try out this powder in a .40? Load data shows 12grains can push a 135gr bullet to 1480 fps..... That just smokes power pistol. (no pun intended ;)) Shame cant use it to similar effect in 9mm.....
