    C&R license-worth it?

I was worried about that. I guess some might be afraid that it might cost them their ffl license if they mess up. I may still give it a try....... I have definitely spent $30 and got less before...........

    C&R license-worth it?

For those of you who have gotten your C&R license. Has it been worth it for you? It's basically the cost of one and a half transfer fees assuming that I would have purchased the particular firearms anyway. Just curious what y'alls experience is with it. Thanks

New vs old single six cylinders

Sorry, I don't have it in my hands. It's online. Do you know if they made an unfluted 22 magnum cylinder for the old model?

New vs old single six cylinders

Hello, how do tell one from the other visually? I am looking at a magnum cylinder but it is not marked which one it is for. It is non-fluted if that helps. Thanks!

    Ruger single six value

I ended up going with a 1986 version. It has a few spots on it that will need to be spot blued but it has a neat looking Bisley engraved cylinder. I will remove the scope and put iron sights back on it. It will cost me $270 OTD after I pay the transfer fee. Y'all think I did OK?

    Adding cylinder to single six

Hello, I am close to buying a single six. Both of the ones I am looking at have the long rifle cylinder but not the magnum. Have any of you added them after the fact and did they require gunsmithing? Thanks

    Ruger single six value

Do 1973 according to the serial number. It will cost me $230 out the door at my FFL. I think I will go for it

1973 Ruger Single Six or 2019 Heritage RR

I can either buy a well worn but still tight single six or a new HRR. I am leaning towards the SS but wanted to get some opinions on the topic. Thanks

    Ruger single six value

What would a good price (I would be the buyer) be for a well used but still tight SS with only the 22lr cylinder? 6.5" barrel Thanks

Adding naa mini cylinder later on

Hello all! I have been looking at the naa mini revolvers. I have located a black widow with the 22 magnum cylinder. Can I acquire and add a 22 lr cylinder later? Are they "drop in" or do they require timing? I see them for sale on ebay. Thanks

Got the itch for one of the old revolvers

IF, I found a good deal on a black powder model are they as easy to load for as a smokeless powder model? Do they use the same brass, just BP instead of smokeless?

Got the itch for one of the old revolvers

I've got an itch to get one of the older break barrel revolvers in either 32 or 38caliber. Is S&W the only one that makes one and what is a good price for one in "shooting" condition? Thanks for any replies. Charlie

    41 magnum favorite loads

Hello, I've done lots of reading on this site but first time to post. I just traded for a 41 magnum Bisley Blackhawk with a 7 1/2" barrel and was wondering what some other 41 mag owners favorite loads were. I reload and cast so cast bullets will be my primary bullets. I've got Lee 195 TL, 210 TL...
