Saw one at a pawn shop for that much. It's a little beat up on the outside, with scratch marks but no rust. Seems to function fine and trigger is nice.

Of these two AR manufacturers, which would you pick to buy if you had to choose? I know they're both respected AR makers, maybe better-regarded than say, Anderson or PSA, but not at the level of Daniel Defense, Spikes, etc.
Should this gun have any play at all between frame and slide? Does the fact that it's not rock-solid tight mean there's something wrong with it?
