If we have enough votes to pass the bill then we have enough to override the veto.
Having said that, HB148 is out and we need to really pressure the legislature into passing a much better bill
PSA doesn't sell barreled A2 uppers as far as I can tell and they are out of stock of a bunch of uppers/bolt carrier groups.
I had forgotten about M1 Sales, I almost bought from them then decided to get a Del-Ton.
I may just grab the lower build kit from PSA for $80 now and keep my eye out for...
I've been holding onto a stripped lower waiting to build it up but tons of places are out of stock.
Del-Ton has been out of stock of all of their kits for over a year now!
I'd like to use an A2 upper and A2 front sight, which makes it even harder since everything seems to be flat top and I...
Botach used to sell individual snap caps for about $2. I guess they don't anymore, I don't see why I need a pack of 5. Why more than 1 for a non-revolver dryfire?
Simply discharging a battery into an e-match (thin wire coated in BP) could work but would have a delay.
Using a slapper detonator/exploding bridgewire (basically use a huge capacitor and dump enough energy into a thin wire so the wire itself detonates) would work but they would need to be...
Really tempted to get one of those and cut it down to the shortest length+.5". Not sure if the 18" barrel or 26" OAL would be the limit.
I hear they get pushy with heavier loads
Can't imagine there would be much velocity out of those. Just a loud band and a huge fireball.
Would be fun to shoot though. Definitely would wear some heavy leather gloves.
I've always thought something like the Beretta jetfire or Baby Browning sized .22lr would sell like crazy. Something about the long thin rimmed .22lr makes feeding really hard in those pistols
First sulfuric acid is H2SO4.
Second SO2 is a gas at room temperature so while it may be formed, and could eventually be converted to H2SO4, it would most likely not condense on the hot steel of the gun and simply make SO2 gas that floats away.
I believe the true cause of corrosion is the...
If you need a guard when sharpening with a file then you are pressing too hard or moving the file too fast.
Being slow and careful will work out for much better results in the long run.
Also using the "sharpie trick", coloring in the blade to see what has been sharpened and what still needs to...
I always liked the EAA Witness 9mm polymer with the .22lr conversion slide but I've heard that EAA customer service sucks...
The gun on the other hand is quite cool and based on the CZ 75 (IMHO it looks even better)
The first few minutes of this video shows the loading process of a 16" Naval gun.
Guess this forum doesn't allow imbedding videos.
The video is at
USS Wisconsin
I don't understand why he was using a knife with a gut hook.
It seems a good line cutter would be easier to use with heavy gloves on and much safer to use around dogs which need to be cut free if they tangle up the lines.
