Just my opinion, but the 870 Tactical is probably the least tactical of the 870 line. :D A good 870HD with a Surefire fore end would cost just as much and probably be more effective.

I'd like to respectfully disagree. I've taken multi-day classes where my Baer has outlasted Glocks, XD, and a SIG without a malfunction. If my guns are able to run through a weekend without any cleanings, I'm sure it can run through a magazine if I ever need to use it for self defense...
