    Wood...On an AR!?!

We'd have to have fire extinguishers along with a field cleaning kit at shoots. It would be like the AK videos on youtube. Sent from the Hyundai of the droids, the Samsung Replenish, using Tapatalk.

    Which setup would you choose?

I would say that the Dillon folks enjoy the excellent customer service which is often needed for the myriad of moving parts on all the blue gear. I went with Hornady for the simplicity of a quality machine AND ecxellent CS. Plus, there's a funny voice message when you call.

    Need help with case issues

Case head seperation is not a good thing. Toss that brass and don't look back. The primers might be made of real soft metal.

Squib, bullet stuck in barrel, etc be honest

I had 4 squibs in my first 45 reloads on my new LnL AP. The pistol rotor was hanging up and I didn't catch it. At the time, the press only came with the rifle rotor for the powder drop. Hornady sent a new one at no cost and while I was waiting, I used fine emery cloth and elbow grease to get it...

How many rounds loaded with your press?

Around 14k on my LnL so far. Trying to find 45/70 data, that's how I stumbled back to THR. Glad to see things have been worked out.

    AR questions

Being left handed as well, I went with a Stag. I figured if I was going to have one built for me, I don't want to have something blowing into my face using a right handed upper receiver. Plus, when a righty shoots it you get to see the looks when brass flies by their face. Stick to a 5.56mm...

    Reloading 45 ACP for Revolver

I cast truncated cone 230g for my 1911 because it is a 6-cavity mold vs. the 2-cavity RN mold. I use the same bullet in my 625JM with 5.2g of W231 and while it is not as fast as a RN to load, it is certainly faster than SWC by leaps and bounds. Also had the strain screw come loose on mine. A...

Military Crimp Removal w/RCBS Military Crimp Remover bit

I use a countersink bit in a drill press but on slow speed. If you are not very careful it will bite and leave a nice gouge. Sold my Dillon Super Swager. Drill press is so much faster and doesn't bother my shoulders. Not sure which method or press you are using to prime but I would look for a...

Self defense shooting in the news: Sarasota, FL

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes....... In mASSachusetts he would be facing charges and would lose his rights when his issuing LEO judges him "unsuitable". Two center mass, one head. Repeat as needed to end threat.

    Hornady customer service

The few times I have dealt with Hornady CS have been great. They send anything I need and I keep what I already have. My first pistol rotor was hanging up and while I was waiting for a replacement I used fine emery cloth and got it working. Now I have a new extra. I broke a decapper and...

    Loading Mistake???

75 is really no big deal. If it was a couple thousand then it would be a problem. I haven't been reloading for years like many here but I bet you don't get a single squib, unless you forgot the powder. You could also put the gun in a vice and use a long string.
