Washington IS a pro-gun state, it's NFA shortcomings notwithstanding. We have it better than most states, including arguably Texas.

Of those I chose the Kahr, but I wouldn't be interested in any of them. The Bersa to me is a better and cheaper gun, and pocket carry for me starts and ends with Smith and Wesson J frame.

Legal to own but not to use in my state. Otherwise would love to have one for my XD and SIG.

I have pretty much the same weapon, the SP2009, and it's been amazing. Bought it new in '04, have WELL over 10k....lost count by now. Very solid, reliable weapon. Will never part with it.

As others have said, bogus argument. The ruling on the DOI page specifically mentions the forbidding of target shooting, so that's illegal before and after the rule. As far as individual parks, they can't make their own rules but states can make their own rules for their national parks as...

Though the Brady Campaign has sued for an injunction, to my knowledge no such thing has been granted so the rule is to take effect in those states that will be affected.
