Pulling a gun on a unarmed assailant?

Reading the rest of the Penal Code reveals that theoretically the homicide you committed will be found to be justifiable and you will be acquitted at trial. Your trial. After being arrested and charged and spending money you may or may not have on your defense.

For those who say, "If you just obey the suspects commands, you'll be fine...."

If you do not resist because they promised that you would not be harmed, you are betting your life on the honestly of a criminal.

Police: Clerk "...did just what he should have done..." but still dead

My opinion mixed in with some facts Odds that the clerk or another innocent person will be killed by the robber(s) in an armed robbery regardless of the level of cooperation. About 1 in 100. Odds that the clerk or another innocent person will be injured by the robber(s) in an armed...

    Armed Robbery Caught on Camera

RTR_RTR Okay I can see the point you are making and will adjust what I wrote but I'm not sure if all armed robbers could be seen as making rational decisions.

    Living with a prohibited person

This ^ for DV. I believe it is the Lautenberg Act, she is prohibited for life with no hope unless the law is changed or ruled unconstitutional. Firearms may be kept in the house but she can never have any access to them or even touch one.

    Stupid Kids

But was it really an Airsoft? One candidate for a Darwin Award painted the tip of his AK-47 pistol orange and openly carried it in a park.. From "Findings of Fact" on page two. To the OP, are you sure that the AR-15 like object you saw was in fact an Airsoft? Would you bet your...
