Are these solid rifles when compared to Ruger 10/22's and Marlin 60's? Are they more reliable and/or easier to clean than 10/22's and Marlin 60's? How is the accuracy of these rifles and also the trigger pull? They look like neat guns since they can cycle 22 shorts.

Have you had any problems with the Savage 64 magazines?

I've shot a Remington 597 and it was actually pretty reliable. I don't remember any problems. It just had a heavy trigger. The magazine was pretty easy to load. The good thing I see with this Savage 64 is that Savage usually makes a pretty accurate gun.

I have read some mixed reviews on that rifle. Seems like the barrels are fairly accurate for an inexpensive gun. I've read about problems with the magazines. I would rather have a cheap bolt action 22 than a cheap semi auto 22, but I have not seen any bolt action 22's go for 100 bucks.

Is the Savage 64 rifle a decent 22 rimfire? I've had good experiences with Savage but do not know anything about the Savage 64.

Has anyone tried this pistol out? I looked at one at a store and it is just a shade bigger than a Ruger LCP but feels like a solid gun. Any reliability or durability issues? I know Remington had issues with the 9mm in introduced a year or two ago.

This is good information. Do they seem to be as reliable as the steel upper 22/45's? Most any Ruger MK or 22/45 that I have seen has been very reliable for a 22 pistol.

I have tried a friend's Supertuck with his full sized 5 inch 1911 and was surprised at how comfortable it was and the gun actually did hide well. That is why I figured if a 5 inch 1911 could hide well with that holster then a full sized Glock should work.
