Sooooo, what exactly is the difference between K hornet and just a regular hornet?
And i know its off subject but its my post. lol
I came across this Shooter depot Internaly supressed Ruger 77 in 22LR It looks just like the regular rifle but with a Bull barrel. Apparently the only think...
I was wondering if it would be posibull to convert that ruget 10/22 target model to a 22WMR?
This gun will be used to teach my sun how to shoot and will also be used as a plinkin/squirl rifle.
So a 223 would be overkill and i dont think my son would enjoy that very much, not yet.
I was...
What i was saying was that i really like the look of the Ruger 10/22 target.
I just wish it came in 22 hornet. And i was wondering if anyone knew of a 22 hornet rifle out there with a Grey Laminate stock and a stainless barrel.
Ok so I am looking to get a new 22 hornet rifle.
The problem that im finding is that there really isn't a great selection out there.
I really like the Ruger 10/22 Target. I like the Grey Laminate stock, I really like how the bull barrel isnt a normal barrel.
But of course it dosn't come in...
So I have a maveric 88 the the barrel long enough to doubble as a javalin.
I have been lookin to down size to the 18 1/2" barrel and although I know it would be easy to just go with the 18 1/2" maveric barrel, I reallt like the 590 with its finish and thicker barrel.
So my question is, with...
Wow, that thing is long, looks really nice though.
Dont really see the need for the second handle, but like i said, it looks good.
still haven't revealed the mystery of the brand to us though
Just noticed there were no pictures in this thread, everyone knows that any good thread has some good pictures
So here is the main gun i have been talking about.
It is the m16 version
STEYR MANNLICHER model SSG in 7.62 NATO (.308)
I questioned my brother in law about the muzzle break that broke, Evidently it was some big name gunsmiths experiment. He said something about cross helical spiral ports..... ???
And that the tolerances were very tight. It was supposed to strip away a majority of the gasses around the...
LOL, Sorry about that, I just had pictured in my mind the stereotypical elderly man who pretty much hates the world. You seem to be much the opposite. :)
well as a lawn ornament it should deter robbers.
could also come in handy aginst the zombie hordes. lol (sorry if your thread gets shut down because I said zombie lol)
my brother in law spent a lot of money to have a muzzle break made and installed on one of his rifles but after about 700 rounds it broke off.
has anyone elce had a problem like this? and since the A.R.I.E.S supressor is not actualt attached to the barrel could this become an issue?
The...
Thank you.
I was thinking something along those likes about the name but i couldn't manage to word it as eloquently as you.
lol although i thought the Obama digg was kinda funny.
Having a supressed firearm or an automatic is perfectly legal in most states.
as long as the correct forms are filed. Any educated person would know this.
You voted for Obama didn't you?
Did you see all the modifications they did on the M16 to make it work.
I think i found a video of it on youtube, but im skeptical that it is really that quiet.
Itl looks like it significantly reduces the recoil.
You can order them for a pretty penny at "shooters depot" (not sure if that counts as advertising)
They are basically a kit you buy and they install it.
I was wondering if anyone has one or has had the chance to handle one.
So because I want to come on here and ask about a couple very interesting firearms, in a manner that is humerous instead of dull and dry, you are going to to try and cut me down.
Well I'm sorry I'm not a boring old man.
As far as the subject weapons, I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is...
NO! Stop saying zombies! they will shut down my thread(again)
Which is probably going to happen anyway beacue this thread is pretty much going no where and nobody seems to have any experience with one of the A.R.I.E.S suppressed rifles.
P.S.
The FMG-9 is still sexy
