In case anyone is interested, I just received my Florida non-resident CCW permit. The time from dropping the application is the mailbox in California to receiving the license in my mailbox was 54 days.

I just received my Arizona CCW today less than 2 weeks after mailing the packet. I took the class on March 8th and 9th and mailed the application to AZ DPS on March 10th. Very fast service and twice as fast as my most optimistic estimate.
