Hardley the same, dhoomonyou
As someone who is friends with and spends a great deal of time in a local range in Miami, I completely understand the range owners. And besides it's not like he was trying to charge you double for the ammo or anything, it's simply $2 more, and as far as I'm...
Range owners need to make a living too.
And for the OP, you were disgusted that he was going to charge you $12 when it's $10 at Wal-Mart. LOL if that $2 is going to break you, then perhaps you should sell your guns and buy some mac-and-cheese so you can eat. Bottom line, gunshops and ranges...
Why buy 2 presses?
No need to start with single stage press, then eventually buy another one. Most progressives can be operated in single stage mode. My 550b does!
Follow good reloading practices!
If you follow good reloading practices, it will not be necessary to try and use one powder for all the calibers you are loading. Use the appropriate powder for the job. As long as you consult your data carefully, does it really matter if you have to switch...
I would add this from my experience.
Over the years I've known several families that were into what we can call "outdoor" type activities, ie: camping, fishing, shooting, etc. Thinking back now, I don't recall any stories of the children of these families getting into trouble at school or on...
I've done a little research on .400 corbon
I've found that the .400 corbon performs well with lighter bullets like 135grainers. Whereas the .40 Super performs much better with heavier bullets. Then I realized that both these rounds were just trying to be 10mm's so I bought the...

Project I'm workin on
I'm currently working on a project that will basically be a .50 AE case necked down to .17 It should be capable of firing that little 17 grain projectile, at at least 3000 fps...from a Desert Eagle Frame.
Love the table but this replication thing is a pain.
We all appreciate your work, but renaming doens't help. Any way we can get a copy without the replication and synchronization thing goin on?
Reloading supplies at gunshows
Thats part the reason I quit attending gun shows, I can't remember the last time I saw any reloading components at a gun show.
In recent years I have taken a liking to firing my weapons up in the air at the stroke of midnight on Jan 1. This year i'd like to add a new twist. I want the first 3 muzzle blasts to be in this Order RED-WHITE-BLUE. Does anyone know what chemicals I can add to the loads to produce those colors?
