Fingerprinting through FBI doesn't take so long. I and family applied for Nexus pass cards (at border) and fingerprinting results from FBI were returned in minutes while we waited.

That is just weird. Seeing as you can't get a AFL unless you have been a LPR for 2 years.

I have a feeling that the DOL isn't going to care about how long the KCSO takes. They are doing their part. Unfortunate, but true. :-(
