I'd hold off on selling the python. You will regret selling it and it will never lose value. The mustang on the other hand...that will depreciate like crazy. With the market the way it is you can save 3x (or more) the price of the python by putting your energy into negotiating your best deal on...

I picked up the same .44 a month or so ago...what a gem of a revolver. It looks great with your new grip.
