I have been using the 80 vld in my service rifle and thinking of trying the 82g Berger's, anyone try both of these, how do they stack up against each other and what were the loads you were using. Also do the 82g preform any better than the 80g sierra's.

Just received an order of blemished 168 A-Max bullets. I never used these before but the price was good. Two questions. Is it normal for the tips to be a little loose, can they be fed from the magazine? Also what are some good loads you can recommend for these in an M1 Garand?

Does anyone have any experiance with fire lapping a barrel. I have a rifle that copper fouls very heavy and was thinking of trying David Tubbs Final Finish on it. The kit comes with 50 bullets with 10 each of progressivly finer compounds on them. Has anyone tryed them? Did you notice reduced...
