I use 5.6g AA#5 with 125g LRN with 1.06 OAL. Average FPS is 1069 from my CZ75B

H110/W296 is perfect for .357 Magnum I've also used Lil'Gun with success but there are lots of stories out there about flame cutting with it.

I had a Rock Island in 45 a few years back, it was a great gun and I never had a single problem with it but those GI sights are TINY. I'm sure the Supers a fine as well. I sold it to a buddy and bought my first Colt.

I switched from the Lee Safety to the RCBS 5-0-5 last year and it was well worth the money. The Lee is accurate but the 5-0-5 is MUCH faster and easier IMO
