Agreed, you need better case lube. Imperial sizing wax, or Hornady Unique case lubes, rub a bit on your fingers, then the case. No more stuck cases.

I've shot them both, and much prefer the Bisley. Personal preference though, it's just about which one fits your hands better.

I got one of these about a year ago. It is a hoot to shoot, and turns a lot of heads at the range. Mine came with about a 27# trigger pull, but the manufacturer was great-I ended up sending the trigger group back to them, they massaged it a bit and it's much better. Still not a target...

I have the Springfield Loaded 9mm as well, mine has never seen a factory round. 90% of the rounds fired through that gun have been lead bullet, 10% poly coat. I use Metalform mags, I get a failure to lock the slide back on the last round occasionally, but other than that, it's been great.

I think you did fine on price. I see sportered Krags around here going for $250-$350. Some folks asking more, don't think they often get it, though. If the bore is good, it should be a fine shooter, especially with the receiver sight. Congrats!

Go ahead and laugh, but I use hockey stick tape. One roll will last forever, so nearly free, and your hand will not slip, wet or dry, hot or cold. Looks? Not so much:scrutiny:

I have one of the semi auto Suomi's, and mine functions fine with normally loaded 9mm ammo. I have been using 130g polycoat bullets from BBI, and WSF. How many rounds do you have through yours? Maybe it needs a bit of breaking in, or a lube job?
