Asked by the OP:
BTW, does anyone carry at work, even though your company forbids it?
Thanks for reading.

I carry at work every day, and I own the company. My employees have the option to be armed if they desire.
The same applies where my son works. It's not uncommon to see a...

The teenager was using a .45, so my assumption is that the car was parked behind the criminal and it caught some of the rounds that exited the closed door.
Are you suggesting only .45 rounds are capable of over-penetration?
No. so if you're looking for an argument you can move...

No friends lost here either. I do have a brother who lives on the left coast and he seems a bit bothered by the concept of "regular" people being able to own guns. In his culture a cell phone is the self defense weapon of choice, with a hot cup of Starbucks as back-up..
I hope you follow through. So often I see where guys say they are going to do it and back out. Dog got sick, couldn't find my shoes, house door was stuck, etc. Good luck and get pictures!

Because of his refusal of treatment and worsening condition my mother had to move away.
I had to remove all of his firearms...

When I see those statements I figure the poster really had nothing substantial to add to the topic, but could not resist spouting one of those gems to increase the personal post count.
Mine is on me every day, from the time I get up until I call it a day 16-18 hours later.
I know at least four people who have taken and passed the required 8 hour course, but won't follow through with the final application process. All of them are proficient with a hand gun. Two of those told...
I bought one very nice looking used revolver that ended up needing work. The second time I took it out I was having light strikes, so I ordered a set of Wolff springs and had my 'smith go into it.
Even with repairs, I'm ahead $150-$200 on it because I bought it at a good price.
