Test subject is the Lee 6000 which already has 6 stations, but that's the one I'm playing with because it's not dedicated to anything yet. Besides, for people who move their powder drop to #3, they have in effect only a 5 station press. Not perfected yet......getting closer....need to close...

So now we have several progressive presses with more than 5 stations. That means I shouldn't even be interested in trying to feed and seat in one station.....But Jmorris just keeps on bringing that little sore spot up :).....and I do still have a Pro 2000 five hole progressive.....and a 3D...

First lights.....great idea but required a modified primer column. (Which I was hoping to improve a little anyway). The two screws are temporary and just dropped in, not screwed in. All that is intended and needed is hex shafts with heads that drop into Lee's hex head bolts...

kk Pretty little thing and includes an "M" neck expander to feed bullets straight and true with no leaning bullets. But.......if there's a klutz around (me) you can forget and tip the die and chase and/or lose ball bearings on the floor......and the clear plastic tube holder can be bumped out...

RCBS has just introduced another ChargeMaster. Pre-order only so far....supposedly shipping late July. On their site it's listed at $350 with free shipping. It's called ChargeMaster Link because it comes with a Bluetooth app to link it to your phone...

Had to come up with a cheap 3d printed solution: Besides the print, I just bought $3 of threaded rod (1/4-20) from Home Depot, two hand nuts (from Ace Hardware), and a $6 mirror from Hobby Lobby: The print file.....

I used AmmoMike's small base plate, TylerR's improved version of the OpenScad bullet plate maker to make the .223 wheel, and a proximity sensor to stop the thing when the tubes are full. Makes for a short video..... I did not use Ammo Mike's trademark radial troughs, and that kept the bullets...

The Lee APP does a lot of things.....some really well, some after a tweak here and there. After they plowed the pass-thru shell holders to fix other feeding problems, I had trouble feeding smaller pistol cases for depriming. They tipped into the plowed areas and hung up. See the video below...

So the 3d printed collator can do pistol, and I made another stop switch using a proximity switch to turn it off when the tubes are full. But how hard is it to majorly change calibers using that proximity stop switch? I wouldn’t want to have to buy and fabricate new stop switches for every...
