youre forgetting a couple of other variables. such as steel used and thinness of barrel.

im guessing it has something to do with the type of polymer thay use to make the frame. different plastics and polymers have different conductive and/or insulation qualities.

i forgot about the p2000 i stumbled upon the cz p06 whilst looking at the cz75 compact. i like that its in .40 and has a decocker.

i was reading a thread earlier and people were asking about putting a 10/22 stock on a charger and then some one mentiond sbr and awo. i know what an sbr is but am not sure what an aow is. could some one tell me please?

if you want accuracy and reliability out of your first rifle i would suggest a .22lr bolt or lever gun. the savage mkII is a very good gun but if you want a gun that is easily upgraded and has tons of aftermarket options i would go with the ruger 10/22, yeah it isnt that great out of the box but...
