Hi , I need help to identify this browning high power. The serial seems to be strange. also the stamps on both the gun and the barrel , I was not able to Identify- all help is appreciated

Just checking to see if I could get any information this. The pistol has matching numbers A1145 and stamps on the magazine,slide, frame. The barrel is stamped with the lion on top, P.V. & N in the middle and a symbol underneath. The barrel does not have a serial number visible and is stamped...
