Relatively universal OAL for RMR 115gr FMJ

I'm looking for a relatively universal OAL for the RMR 115gr FMJ in 9mm. I only have a single barrel to plunk test against at the moment (Gen3 Glock) -- it will pass quite long. What is a good OAL for this bullet that would work with most 9mm pistols, including CZ and Gen5 Glock?

Loading a .41 special. What OAL?

As the title says, I'm doing some .41 special loads, and I'm finding conflicting information, especially regarding the OAL. I'm using Starline .41 SPL brass, and 210gr Berry plated flat point over 7gn of Unique. I found an article that said the OAL is 1.625" I think that's way too long. It's...

    OAL Question

Please bear with me as I am a newbie. I have a Lyman 49th reloading manual. When I look at the Caliber and the particular bullet I want to load, there is an OAL (Overall Length). Is that OAL the Minimum or the Maximum for that bullet or load? For instance the 40 S&W on page 362 of the...
