sp2340

I picked up a used Sig SP2340 from a local shop the other day. I took it to the range and every shot the hammer followed when the slide went forward. i tried cycling it by hand and if I let the slide go from any more than half way back the hammer will drop. Any Ideas on the cause/fix? Here...
