I've loaded several thousand 147gr XTPs & cast coated pills at sub speeds using 3N37... just looking to find out if I'll run into cycling trouble trying to get the lighter 115-125gr .355s down around 1000fps? I've always bought the heaviest bullets available assuming they're absolutely necessary to run as subs. I'm shooting a 5'' XDm with an Octane can. Have any of you fellas ran into cycling trouble trying to produce lighter weight sub sonic ammo for your 9MMs? Currently have TiteGroup & 3N37 to work with. Thanks for the input.

My normal 124/125gr 9mm practice loads run 1030-1040 fps.
No issues with any of my 9mms but I don't have a can which might make a big difference.
(Taraus PT99, Sig226, Springfield 9mm 1911, XD subcompact)
When playing around using HP38 to see how light I could go I didn't have any issues in the Springfield with 124s until around 900fps.

Depending on the 124 bullet I would guess somewhere between 3.6-3.9gr of Titegroup and that should leave you room to spare.
I have never used 3N37 so I have no idea there.

I would say doable with the 124s no problem.
I don't use 115s that much so I don't know how low you could get them and still have proper function, but I would think doable there as well.

I load 95 up to 150gr in 9mm. I do my best to load as light as I can. These are target charges and I just want to function w/o issue. So, only the 150gr end up really quiet. They may be subsonic, but most are much louder than the 150gr thru my suppressor
