18" Barrel for a Lefty 870?

I received an 18" police barrel for my 12ga. Remington 870 Express lefty version for Christmas (the barrel is part #24620). I've been wanting one of these for quite some time. Unfortunately, as we found out, the barrel mentioned only works with the regular right-handed version of the shotgun. I've done a lot of searching online on Remington's website and lots of others, but haven't found even a whisper of such a thing existing. I don't have my hopes up too high since the left-handed version of the 870 is so much more uncommon, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Has anybody ever seen a short barrel for the lefty 870?

I ran into the same problem you have when trying to find a left handed 18" barrel for my shotgun project. Right as I was about to purchase a 30" LH barrel on Ebay and cut it down, someone offered to sell me one of his on this forum. Maybe you'll have that kind of luck as well, because I searched and searched and searched some more to find a factory 18" LH barrel, but couldn't find one.
