Not sure if I fed them after midnight, or got them wet...but I found the Ruger in the safe this morning....
......think the wife will buy it?

Seriously doubt it.

Now if it were a Bersa, like your member name might suggest, then possibly it was a distant relative come to live in your safe for awhile.

But another 1911...forget it brother!

You never know what will happen behind closed doors.

My M1911 collection seems to continue to grow in my safes despite my best efforts to keep it in check. (Seven different cartridges--so far, numerous different sight options from fixed to adjustable to optical, home built and factory built, and more.)

It could be said that M1911s are like Lays potato chips...

Congratulations! Now with your three 1911s, you have a couple more rounds capacity as one regular Glock and about half the reliability rate... :neener:

Seriously though, I would love one of the new Ruger SR1911s in 10mm. I will add a 1911 to my collection some day...

Well, really I think you need two full size 1911s just to keep balanced...cant have 3 pounds of steel on just one hip...you end up walking in circles:D

The Gremlin didn't come out until 1970.

They weren't generally considered to be high-quality automobiles, but they did have a certain quirky charm. :)

I had one of those I bought in '84 for the princely sum of $300. Holes rusted through the back floor boards & all. It was a pretty decent little car until I slid it backwards sideways into a steel pole going 75 mph. The slide wasn't too bad but the sudden stop at the end of it was pretty rough.
