I spotted this model in the local gun shop and wondered if anyone knows this model? It looks to be in good shape. I love that it is a handy sized carbine. This particular one saw some light ranch use. The saddle ring is still intact. For my area the price is on the high side of fair.
My dad has a Marlin lever action that I've shot. I have never shot a Winchester. How does it load? Does model top eject or angle eject?
I asked the counter guy, and he never shot it.
