Both my K-frames wear black rubber Pachmayr grips that say
"Presentation/Compac"
on the bottom. One pair is two piece, covers both front and back straps, has no emblem and the screw goes in one side and into the other grip, but not through it. (No screw hole on the second grip.)
The other set is a one-piece, connected across and covering the front strap, does not cover the backstrap, has the emblem and the screw goes in one side and into a kind of threaded bushing on the other.
At first glance they appear very similar until you note the above. I just got the second pair. I bought them without a pic from a forum member who said they were "Presentation/Compac". I thought I was getting a pair just like the one I already had.
By the way, so far I love them both. The smaller (second pair) are on my 2-1/2" M19. I like wood on blue but they feel great so far, are a little more compact, and I don't normally carry either of these but if I were going to, it would probably be this one, so I like that they are a little smaller. The other pair are on my 3" M65 and I like the slightly more hand-filling feel to them. I just wanted to know about the names in caase I want to order another pair of one or the other. What do I ask for?
