Yesterday I was online trying to buy a multi pump single shot bolt action air gun but unable to because of some Ct.state restriction on shipping the gun. I stumbled upon this Daisy Powerline model 415 BB (with fiber optic front sight) with a rating of 495fps. and read some reviews. I've bought a couple replica type air gun revolvers recently which I've been shooting the heck out of and I wanted an inexpensive gun to wear out in stead. The sale price was $20 so I figured why not even if it only lasts a few months.
This thing shreds soup cans from 30ft going through both sides and I can hit coffee cans from 60+ft. freehanded. Like a couple of reviews stated it jammed and misfired regularly until I switched from zinc plated steel bbs to Hornady black anodized bbs. I had no malfunctioned with the anodized bbs through 150 shots. Since for $20 you don't get a box I had a Galco leather holster for my Sig P-226 that needed breaking in so now I've got a $20 gun in an $80 holster.
