20 ga O/U

Baikal if you want a decent inexpensive O/U. Parts are available if you need them. Build quality is much better than the rest. It is the only one I have found that has enough cast in the stock to set my eye in line with the barrel. Otherwise I would go used. If you plan on being a SERIOUS clay shooter then go for a used quality O/U. But save your dollars cuz they will be pricey.

I love my 20 ga Red Label. I still see used ones in gun shops fairly often, for the money I think they're hard to beat.

Most of the 101s were Miroku,

Actually, Model 101s were made by Olin Kodensha in Tochigi, Japan, from 1963 to 1987.

Imo, there are no "cheap" doubles that hold up well over time in terms of durability or value. If you plan to shoot the gun only occasionally, something in the $500.00 range might prove satisfactory. But, in my experience, used o/u shotguns in good condition, as represented by "low-end" Berettas, Brownings or SKBs, selling in the $900.00 and up range, are the best value for the money. Purchased wisely, you'll generally get most, if not all, of your money back if you ever decide to sell it; your heir will be proud to own it some day and the gun should handle well and hold up mechanically over time if properly maintained.

Where's the link to "that" one?

They normally sell for half or less than half of that...

Did it have more than one bbl. with it?

I’ll have to try to find it again, it was on some used gun page. :) I’m at work with no cell signal and the WiFi blocks any of those kinds of sites so I’ll have to wait until I get home. However I’m leaning towards the Citori, save my pennies toward one of those beauties
