Does a 20 moa long range optics base cause any difficulty sighting in at shorter ranges, like 100 yds? Any problems encountered with scope running out of adjustment at short ranges?
I just put one on my savage lrpv last weekend. I had no problem zeroing at 100, actually to get on paper I started at 25 yards and had no problem there either.
I've got 3 rifles with 20MOA bases, and all can be zero'd at 100 yards. Being able to or not is a function of the amount of W&E adjustment that your particular scope has. Scopes with less the less than 40MOA of adjustment could be a problem.
