2nd Amendment Court Cases

I am interested in all Federal 2nd Amendment related court cases that you guys may be aware of.

I remember some time ago that the 9th circuit court of appeals gave a decision about the 2nd amendment that was anti individual rights. Which flew in the face of a decision made by the 5th circuit court only two years previous.

I was wonder what other courts and cases have decided over the years?

When will the supeme court review this issue once and for all??

And have there been any famous supreme court cases made before the famous US vs. Miller case?

I reccommend to you Gun Rights Affirmed by Alan Gottlieb. He writes in it extensively about the case U.S. v. Emerson. I'm sure you could pick it up at amazon or something. A good read.

US vs Emerson, thats the 5th district that was not heard by SCOTUS.
Silviera vs Lockyer, thats the 9th district case that was not heard by SCOTUS
Nordyke vs King, thats a CA case, that went to both CASC and 9th CCA, unknown if its going to be heard by SCOTUS.
Great Western vs LA County, this one was settled but not before going to the same level as the Nordyke vs King case.
