There are 3 cases pending cert with SCOTUS. All of which have to do with our 2A rights.

Two cases, have neither been granted cert, nor denied, nor have they been relisted for a future conference. One case is scheduled for conference on 1/24/2020

They are as follows...

Worman v Healy, a. Massachusetts Case that is pending and deal with AWB and Magazine ban.

Malpasso v Pallozzi, A Maryland case over LTC restrictions of on a “proof of need” basis and in effect banning carrying of handguns. This case is schedule for conference on 1/24/2020

Rogers v Grewall, a New Jersey case that duplicates the above Maryland case. This case is an OLD case and was last considered in conference back on 5/23/2019

Legal experts on several sites, and blogs, including Scotusblog have all speculated that these cases are all awaiting the outcome of New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. City of New York, New York. Which has oral arguments give in December and is now awaiting a decision. (https://www.scotusblog.com/case-fil...-association-inc-v-city-of-new-york-new-york/ Their official educated legal opinion is that these 3 pending cases are pending for a good reason based on the outcome of the NYC case. Which may mean they vacate the rulings and send them back down for a lower court ruling, &/or grant cert. They believe it is doubtful that these three cases will be out right denied, or they would have done so allready. They do believe as well as the ATTY‘s on our side of those cases, as a good sign and not a bad one. Odds are good we won’t hear any status changes on these three cases until the NYC case is decided.

Keep in mind, that no matter what happens to these 4 cases, there will be 4 more cases from California alone that could be hitting the SCOTUS petition phase in the next 1-2 years.
