It is thicker but not by much - not enough to raise pressures much anyway. RP brass is some of the thinnest for Blackout but neck tension suffers.
Most of my Blackout brass is LC and I have never had any signs of high pressure. This includes the load I use with a 265gr bullet. In that instance the bullet actually bottoms out on the powder below it!
