I don't load for that, but www.hodgdon.com has loads for 180gr Speer using those powders, so use somewhere near the start load with the Hornadys, and use a magnum primer burning that much powder, and work up. The slower H4831 should give you quite a bit more velocity than the IMR4350, according to Hodgdon.
Maybe someone who loads that round will chime in.
Good luck.
I tried several of the older, traditional "Magnum" powders that you listed. I kept working and finally settled on Accurate "Magpro" as the best powder I could use on 300 RUM. It is extremely forgiving and provides great velocity and accuracy. I used several different 180 gr. bullets and only Winchester Large Rifle Magnum primers in Remington Cases. Great gopher gun!!!!!!!!!!
